Q What if I don't have a photo ID?
We accept a range of identification, including a passport, driving licence, or national ID card. If you don't have one of these available, please let your clinician know during the consultation and we'll do our best to find a suitable alternative.
Q What if I don't have access to scales?
You can provide a recent weight by submitting a photo or short video of you standing on scales. If you don't have access to scales at all, please let your clinician know and they'll advise on next steps.
Q What evidence do I need to show for previous use of Mounjaro?
To confirm previous use of Mounjaro, you can provide any of the following:
