Hi I’m Julie and one of the co-founders of TribElle! Creating this amazing women lead brand has been a dream of mine for years!
I’ve been practicing as a pharmacist for many years have been at the front line listening to women feel lost, unheard and unsure of what to do or where to turn. I have listened to heart breaking stories of women, desperate to find support to navigate fertility, motherhood and the absolute madness of perimenopause!
As a mother of teenagers, I can empathise with all these stages and identify with women who want to be their best self for themselves and their families. I relate to all those women who have countless responsibilities and put their own needs at the bottom of the pile.
With my wonderful co-founder Sahithi, we created TribElle, to try and even out the playing field. Determined to empower women with reliable information and access to medication in a safe and efficient manner, we are taking small steps to build a powerful tribe of women who can spread the word of support and trust with TribElle!

Hi, I'm Sahithi, co-founder of TribElle. For years, I worked as a healthcare management consultant, helping design digital health systems and improve hospital operations. I thought I understood healthcare pretty well, until I became a patient who wasn't heard.
At 29, during what was supposed to be a routine scan, a sonographer casually said: "you have endometriosis." Just like that. After years of being told my pain was normal, that I was overreacting, that maybe I should just relax more.
That moment changed everything. All those years spent optimising healthcare systems, and I'd missed the most fundamental problem: the system wasn't broken for everyone. Just for women like me, trying to advocate for ourselves and being dismissed at every turn.
TribElle is our attempt to create the kind of healthcare experience we wish we'd had: where you don't have to fight to be believed, where accessing treatment doesn't feel like an obstacle course, and where evidence-based care meets genuine empathy.
