Company details: TribElle Limited, registered in the UK at 26 Cherry Orchard Road, Bromley. Company number: 16128081.
Email: contact@tribelle.co.uk
We operate under the regulations of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA). All clinical and dispensing services are provided by qualified UK pharmacists registered with the GPhC.
Eligibility and Use of Services
By using our services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are a UK resident (our services are not available outside the UK unless stated otherwise).
- You are legally allowed to purchase medication in the UK.
- You will provide accurate and complete personal and medical information.
- You understand that online consultations do not replace in-person doctor visits.
- You will use our products responsibly and in accordance with the advice of healthcare professionals.
We reserve the right to:
- Decline service if we suspect fraudulent activity, identity misuse, or unsafe medication use.
- Suspend or terminate your account if you fail to comply with these terms.
- Refuse service if the provided information is misleading, incomplete, or if supplying medicines would violate regulatory standards.
Medical Consultations and Prescriptions
- All prescriptions are issued by licensed UK prescribers after a clinical assessment.
- A prescription will only be provided if the prescriber determines that the medication is safe and appropriate for you.
- If a prescription request is denied, you will be informed and may be advised to consult a GP.
- You must provide honest and complete medical information in online consultations.
- Your prescription history may be checked with NHS and private pharmacy records to ensure safety.
- Our pharmacists and prescribers may refuse to issue medication if there are concerns about safety, misuse, or interactions with other drugs.
- Restrictions on safe use quantities may apply.
Missed Consultations
If you fail to attend two scheduled clinical consultations without providing reasonable notice, your order may be cancelled and refunded. A £5 processing fee may be deducted at our discretion.
Patient Responsibility
You are responsible for providing full and accurate information. TribElle is not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from withheld or inaccurate medical history.
Emergency Situations
TribElle is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger or requires urgent medical attention, call 999. For non-emergency medical concerns, contact NHS 111 or your GP. Do not use our platform to seek urgent or emergency care.
Ordering and Payment
Placing an Order
- Orders must be placed via our website (TribElle.co.uk) or any approved platform.
- Age and ID verification will be undertaken by AgeChecked. If verification fails, a photo ID will be requested.
- For prescription medicines, you must complete an online consultation. Dispatch normally takes 1-2 working days after approval, but may be delayed if further clinical review is required.
- Orders are only processed once the prescription is approved.
- Non-prescription products may be purchased directly. TribElle may guide on safe and appropriate use, but such advice does not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
Payment and Pricing
- Payments must be made through our secure online payment system using credit/debit cards.
- Prices include VAT where applicable.
- We reserve the right to change product pricing, offers, or discounts without prior notice.
- If a payment is unsuccessful, the order will not be processed.
Order Confirmation
Once payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact customer support before re-ordering. We have no obligation to supply quantities exceeding the permitted maximum limit. We reserve the right to reject any order.
Subscriptions
- The subscription renews automatically every month unless cancelled.
- Payment for the first instalment is taken when the order is first placed. Subsequent payments are taken when the order is prescribed (around 28 days after the previous order).
- Subscription fees include: clinical review (where applicable); prescription issuance (if approved); medication supply and standard delivery.
- Prices may be updated with reasonable notice prior to renewal.
- If payment fails, TribElle may suspend or cancel the subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will:
- Prevent future renewals; and
- Take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle.
No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods unless required by law.
TribElle may cancel your subscription immediately if:
- Clinical continuation is not appropriate.
- You breach these Terms.
- Regulatory or safety concerns arise.
Account Termination by Customer
You may close your TribElle account at any time by contacting us at contact@tribelle.co.uk. Before closing your account, please note:
- Any active subscriptions must be cancelled separately prior to account closure.
- Outstanding orders already in processing or dispatch cannot be cancelled once dispensed.
- Your medical and prescription records will be retained for the period required by law and GPhC regulations, even after account closure. You may request a copy of your data at any time under your rights as a data subject.
- Following account closure, you will no longer have access to your order history or consultation records through the TribElle platform.
Delivery and Shipping
- Medicines are dispatched within 1-2 working days of prescription approval, subject to clinical checks. If our clinical team has additional follow-up questions, a delay in approving and dispatching your order may occur.
- Deliveries are handled by Royal Mail or courier partners. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
- Some medicines require a signature.
- It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. TribElle is not liable for failed deliveries if no one is present.
- It is your responsibility to ensure your address is correct, complete and up to date in advance of placing your order. We are not liable for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- For cold chain deliveries, products are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging. It is your responsibility to comply with storage and usage instructions. If unsure, please refer to the Patient Information Leaflet or contact us.
