Everything you need to know about TribElle, your prescriptions, delivery, and more.
Medication and Prescriptions
What is TribElle?
TribElle is an online pharmacy which provides convenient access to prescribed treatment, subject to clinical approval.
Is TribElle a pharmacy?
TribElle is registered with and regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council. You can search the register here: www.pharmacyregulation.org/registers. TribElle is authorised by the MHRA to sell medicines online through our website www.tribelle.co.uk and is also certified by LegitScript, an organisation that monitors online pharmacies. All prescribing is carried out by qualified healthcare professionals, and medication is dispensed from our licensed pharmacy in line with UK regulations.
How do I order medication?
The process is 3 simple steps.
- Step 1: Fill in an online consultation to check eligibility and select your preferred medication.
- Step 2: A clinician will review the consultation and if suitable they will issue a prescription which is dispensed by our pharmacy.
- Step 3: Your medication will be delivered using Royal Mail Tracked service.
Do I need a prescription?
No. TribElle offers a free online consultation which is reviewed and if suitable a prescription is issued by our clinicians.
Can I use a prescription from somewhere else?
Yes, we accept private prescriptions issued from other providers. Please contact us if you have a prescription you'd like filled.
What should I do if I experience side effects?
If you experience side effects from your medication, contact our team to arrange a review. For mild side effects, your Patient Information Leaflet (PIL) will include guidance specific to your medication.
If you experience a serious or unexpected reaction, stop taking the medication and contact NHS 111 or your GP immediately. In an emergency, call 999.
What if my health changes after my consultation?
If your health circumstances change - for example, you become pregnant, receive a new diagnosis, or start a new medication - please include this in your next consultation so our clinical team can review your treatment. If you're unsure whether it affects your medication, contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Can I use TribElle instead of my GP?
TribElle complements your existing healthcare. It does not replace your GP or emergency medical services.
Can I return unwanted medication?
In line with regulatory guidelines and clinical safety, we cannot accept returned medicines once they have been dispatched. You can take unwanted medicines to your local pharmacy for safe disposal or contact the customer service team for a return label.
